Email support@ascenttradingsystems.com for questions before you buy, installation help, refunds or license issues. Please include your order number if you have one.

Paid but no key?

Your key is in the order email from Lemon Squeezy, sent right after payment. Check spam and promotions. You can also open your Lemon Squeezy orders and sign in with the email you bought with. If it's not there, email us with the email address you used and we'll make sure you get it.

Windows warnings when installing?

Before extracting, right-click the downloaded zip, choose Properties, tick Unblock at the bottom and click OK. That clears the "downloaded from the internet" flag on every file. If Windows still says "Windows protected your PC", click More info, then Run anyway. If Windows asks "Allow changes?" while Python installs, click Yes.

Requesting your Custom City

Email us with the subject Custom City, order # plus your order number. Include the style you'd like, any landmarks, your colors, names for the city and its towers, 1 to 3 reference pictures and anything to avoid. We confirm within 2 business days. The Custom City comes with the Founders Edition and is delivered within 30 days of your request, in order (up to 90 days if a very large number of requests arrives at once; we tell you your date when we confirm). One revision is included.

Download not working?

Try again in a few minutes on the download page; your key keeps working and you can download again whenever you need (there is a sensible daily limit per license). If it still fails, email us the message you saw.

What we can't help with

We help with installation, the license and bugs. We can't give trading or investment advice or tell you what to trade.
